Complete your stay with us by soaking up the wonderful ambiance and elegant style of the restaurant at Fayrer Garden. We are rightfully proud of the view, which just happens to overlook the terrace, garden and the lake beyond.

The delights of the Terrace Restaurant are not limited to guests of the Fayrer Garden House Hotel. Open every evening, to both residents and non-residents, the restaurant offers a relaxed and informal environment where the most delicious food is served from an extensive menu.

Lake District Fine Dining

We are extremely proud of Ambleside born Head Chef Eddie Wilkinson and his superb Kitchen Brigade. Eddie had been with us for the past 17 years and his locally sourced menu changes daily.

Dinner at Fayrer Garden is a high point of any visit to the Lake District and we cater for vegetarian and special diets. Our new and exciting wine list features wines to suit all palates and pockets and all have been carefully chosen in close collaboration with Robert Bagot of Buon Vino (link).

Opening Hours & Prices

Dinner is served daily between 6:30pm and 8:15pm (please telephone for reservations).

3 courses including coffee only £42.50 Friday & Saturday, £ 37.50 Sunday to Thursday.
