Standard Rooms let as singles are charged a supplement of £15 per night. Garden Side Rooms let as singles are charged a supplement of £40 per night. Single occupancy is not available on Lake View, Superior Lake View or Family Rooms.

In the event of cancellation, a charge of £60 will be levied (nominal non-refundable deposit). Please give as much notice as possible as cancellation within 48 hours is subject to further charge - equivalent to one nights' accommodation less any monies recouped through re-letting. We do make every effort to re-let a room should you unexpectedly have to cancel and we respectfully remind all guests that a reservation is a legally binding contract. Holiday Insurance is available upon request.
Our dress code for dinner is 'smart but casual' and request that jeans and t-shirts are not worn in the dining room. For the comfort of our guests, it is requested that mobile phones are turned off whilst at dinner.
All our rooms are ensuite with bath and / or shower. Some rooms have whirlpool baths.
For the comfort of our guests, ALL bedrooms and public areas are totally nonsmoking. We reserve the right to levy a deep cleaning charge of £60 and ask you to leave the hotel should the policy be ignored.
